Sample Ordering: 
All sample orders are charged in full, including shipping and handling fees, in advance.

We can provide you a good discount on your order based on the quality of our products, which is certain to gain your satisfaction. With a larger order, the discount will be given more frequently.

Order Policies: 
Every cost is FOB Master Pro Industry, Sialkot, Pakistan.

The cost of the freight, shipping, and handling depends on the size of the order.

Over $300 USD minimum orders are welcomed.

Only the orders for the specified Article Numbers on this website will be accepted.

We also accept orders for any product outside the scope of the ones we now offer, but only after receiving final approval from Master Pro (M-Pro) Industry. In such a scenario, kindly send us all of the relevant information along with a photo to verify.

Payment Policies: 
All payments are accepted in advance, by bank or money transfer (WU, MoneyGram) to favor of Dexterity IMPEX Bank details will be given on request.

Warranty: 
Our Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replaced.

Time of Delivery: 
All orders are depending upon quantity & the type of product and we will provide the delivery date before confirming the order.

Our given dates are shipping dates from the factory only.
